In life we have people who look down on us,
judging us as worthless unless we follow their advice..,
well, listen to them, 
however,one thing is sure that they wont be there to judge us throughout our life..,
eventually.. we will see them die one day.., 
so
its futile to try to impress them by changing our lifestyle or passion and imitate theirs, instead by being ourselves we grant ourselves freedom to follow our heart and passions which gives immense satisfaction and happiness in life..,
even if such life is not financially viable and we die early, its better to live a short life and die our own death than live a long life owned by someone else.. 

and such life may inspire a generation to live the life they love to live than how they are taught to, 

so be free 
only then we own our life and our death..
